Call-Outs & Travel
No Call-Out Fee During Regular Hours
We're open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Inside those hours you don't pay a cent for us to show up — you pay for the work. Here's how call-outs and travel work outside of that.
Daytime Call-Outs
No fee
No call-out fee during our regular hours — Mon–Sun 8 AM–6 PM. You pay for the work, not for us to show up.
After-Hours Call-Outs
Quoted up front
Evening, overnight and holiday call-outs carry an after-hours charge. We give you the number on the phone before we dispatch.
Long-Distance Travel
Confirmed before we roll
Travel across our Central Alberta service area is included. For longer runs we work out the total with you first — never as a surprise on the invoice.
After-hours and long-distance charges are always confirmed on the phone before we dispatch — no meter running, no surprise line item on the invoice.
