We're open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Inside those hours you don't pay a cent for us to show up — you pay for the work. Here's exactly how call-outs and travel are charged outside of that.

After-Hours Call-Outs
$200
Evening, overnight and holiday call-outs carry a flat after-hours fee, which can vary with your location.
Long-Distance Travel
$0.50/km
Travel is included within 45 minutes of us. Beyond that, mileage is added at $0.50/km — quoted before we roll.
After-hours and long-distance charges are always confirmed on the phone before we dispatch — no meter running, no surprise line item on the invoice.
