During our regular hours — 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — the emergency service call is a flat $197.75 with no call-out fee on top; that covers priority dispatch and diagnosis. Outside those hours an after-hours call-out fee of $200 applies depending on your location, plus $0.50 per kilometre for travel beyond a 45-minute drive. Parts and repairs are always quoted up front before work begins.
